Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all PuffPeds orders, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas and busy periods, such as holidays and major sales, can take a little longer.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package on our Track Your Order page.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one product, your items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Norway, most of the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and selected countries in Asia and the Middle East. If your country is available at checkout, we can ship to you.

Customs and import taxes

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in the product price. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Delays and missing packages

Small delays can happen because of customs, weather or carrier issues. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us at support@modenixauto.com. We'll look into it right away and, if the package is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can only change the address before the order ships.
